Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your personal data cannot be recovered. Farm operational records you have entered may be retained by Skylark Group for record-keeping purposes.
What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion of your SkyFarm account, the following personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days:
- Your name, employee identifier, and login credentials
- Your account profile and preferences
- Your authentication tokens and active sessions
Data Retained by Skylark Group
Farm operational records you have entered — such as daily records, flock data, hatchery entries, and activity logs — belong to Skylark Group Pvt Ltd and will be retained for up to 5 years from the date of last activity to support operational and audit requirements. This data is not personal data tied to your individual account.
Data We May Retain for Legal Purposes
We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate compliance purposes, including:
- Records required for legal or regulatory compliance
- Anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you
How to Request Account Deletion
Since SkyFarm accounts are provisioned by Skylark Group, account deletion is handled by the administrator. You can submit a request through the app or directly by email.
Option 1 — Request via the App

Open SkyFarm
Launch the SkyFarm app on your iOS or Android device and sign in.

Go to the Account tab
Tap the Account icon in the bottom tab bar to open your profile.

Request deletion
Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.

Await confirmation
Your request will be processed by the administrator. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
Option 2 — Submit a Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to shantanu.gurudutt@skylarkgroup.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your assigned farm name or username
- A brief note confirming you wish to delete your account
We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
After Deletion
- You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete
- You will no longer be able to sign in to SkyFarm with that account
- If you require access again in the future, a new account will need to be provisioned by your administrator
