How do I get access to SkyFarm?
SkyFarm accounts are created and assigned by Skylark Group's administrators — there is no public sign-up. If you are a Skylark Group employee who requires access, please contact your supervisor or reach out to shantanu.gurudutt@skylarkgroup.com to have an account provisioned for you.
I can't log in to my account. What should I do?
First, check that you are selecting the correct farm from the login dropdown. If your credentials are not working, contact shantanu.gurudutt@skylarkgroup.com to have your access reset. Do not share your credentials with others.
How do I add a new flock?
Navigate to the relevant module (Rearing, Laying, or Hatchery) from the bottom tab bar and tap the add button to create a new flock. You will be prompted to fill in the flock details — including shed number, flock number, bird type, and breed information. Ensure all required fields are completed before saving.
How do I log a daily record?
Open the flock you want to record data for, then tap "Add Data" to open the daily entry form. Fill in mortality counts, feed details, and any activities that took place (e.g. vaccination, medication). For laying flocks, include egg production figures. For hatchery flocks, select the appropriate stage (setting, transfer, or hatching).
How do I transfer a flock from rearing to laying?
From within a rearing flock, use the "Move to Laying" option. You will be asked to confirm the transfer details. Once confirmed, the flock will move to the Laying module and can no longer be edited as a rearing flock.
Can I edit a record I have already submitted?
Yes. You can edit previously submitted daily records by opening the flock, navigating to the relevant date in the data view, and tapping the edit option. Please ensure any corrections are accurate, as these records are used for operational reporting by Skylark Group.
Can I use SkyFarm offline?
SkyFarm requires an internet connection to sync data and access farm records. We recommend ensuring connectivity before heading into the field to log activities.
How is my data stored and protected?
All data is stored on secure servers with encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS). Farm operational data belongs to Skylark Group and is not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is SkyFarm available on both iOS and Android?
Yes. SkyFarm is available on both iOS and Android devices. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using the links on our home page. A web-based management interface is also accessible from any modern browser.
How do I request deletion of my account?
Visit our Account Deletion page for instructions. You can submit a request through the app or by emailing shantanu.gurudutt@skylarkgroup.com. Note that farm operational data entered by you may be retained by Skylark Group for record-keeping purposes.
