Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SkyFarm mobile application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms govern your use of the App in your capacity as an authorised employee or personnel of Skylark Group Pvt Ltd.

2. Description of Service

SkyFarm is a poultry farm management platform designed for internal use within Skylark Group Pvt Ltd. The App enables authorised farm staff to manage poultry operations across three core modules:

• Rearing: Create and manage rearing flocks, log daily and weekly records, and manage flock lifecycle events including transfers and transitions to laying.
• Laying: Manage laying flocks, record daily egg production and bird data, and close flocks at end of cycle.
• Hatchery: Track hatchery operations across egg receipt, setting, transfer, and hatching stages.

3. Account Access

SkyFarm accounts are not publicly available. All accounts are created and managed by Skylark Group on the backend and assigned directly to authorised farm staff. You may not create an account independently or share your credentials with others.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your assigned account.
• Notifying your supervisor or the App administrator immediately if you suspect your credentials have been compromised.

If you leave Skylark Group or no longer require access to the App, please contact your administrator to have your account deactivated.

4. Authorised Use

SkyFarm is provided exclusively for Skylark Group's internal farm management operations. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, policies, or procedures set by Skylark Group. You must not:

• Use the App for any purpose outside of your authorised role and responsibilities at Skylark Group.
• Enter false, misleading, or fabricated farm records.
• Attempt to access accounts, farms, or data you have not been assigned to.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers.
• Share, export, or disclose operational data to unauthorised third parties.

5. Ownership of Data

All farm operational data entered into SkyFarm — including flock records, daily entries, hatchery data, and activity logs — belongs to Skylark Group Pvt Ltd. Your access to this data is provided in your capacity as a Skylark Group employee and does not confer any personal ownership rights over the data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter. Inaccurate or falsified entries may have operational consequences and may constitute a violation of your employment obligations.

6. Multi-Farm Access

Some users may be authorised to access data across multiple farms. Access is determined by your assigned role and is managed by Skylark Group's administrators. You must only access farms and records relevant to your assigned duties.

7. Intellectual Property

The SkyFarm application, including its design, features, and content (excluding operational data entered by users), is owned by Skylark Group Pvt Ltd and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to maintain a reliable service, we do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
• All data displayed in the App is free from technical errors.

SkyFarm is a record-keeping tool. Operational decisions made based on App data remain the responsibility of the relevant farm personnel and management.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skylark Group Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

10. Termination of Access

Access to SkyFarm may be suspended or revoked at any time by Skylark Group, including if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or leave the organisation. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana, India.
